Writing this letter is hard for me. I put it off for so long because it hurts and makes me so very angry. William Arnold (Fry) has been a part of my life since before I was born. He has always been a ray of sunshine in my life. This entire situation is shocking to me. Even though I am not in the legal profession it is obvious that there are holes in this story. I am not going to ponder on the details of the case but I am going address the pain as a mother, a wife, a sister, a cousin and teacher of beautiful African American boys and men. I pray for them daily that they always get a fair opportunity to pursue a happy productive life. I pray for our justice system that they develop a heart of honor and integrity when dealing with human lives. I miss my cousin so…because of this his life/our lives has been altered tremendously. My reassurance is A Great Man can and will not be held down…JUSTICE will prevail…Free Fry!!!!!
